Devon Aoki was born in NYC but grew up in Cali and London. Her father is Rocky Aoki, former Olympic wrestler and founder of the Japanese food chain Benihana restaurants. The beautiful Devon was discovered in NYC while gatecrashing a Rancid concert...pretty badass. She began her modeling career shortly thereafter at the age of 13, the same year was introduced to uber model Kate Moss who later took Devon under her skinny wing. Moss pushed for Aoki to be signed, and she was at age 14. Aoki has modelled for Lancome, Chanel, Versace and has done campaigns for Chanel, Karl Lagerfeld, YSL, Boss, Fendi and Baby Phat to name a few. She is a petite 5ft5in...unusually small for a runway model; however, how the style and flavor to pull it off. Better known for her work in films...check her in the upcoming Sin City 2 flick which should be a heater.
